Welcome to Probrou, operated under the brand vitledg (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect your information when you use the Probrou platform, including our website, mobile application, web application, Stores, communities, messaging features, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using Probrou, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Personal Information

When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Age
• Profile information
• Profile picture or other profile information you choose to provide
• Contact information you voluntarily provide
• Any other information you voluntarily provide

We may collect age or date-of-birth information where necessary to determine whether you meet applicable age requirements and to maintain platform safety.

1.2 User-Generated Content

We collect and process content that Users upload, publish, send, or otherwise share through Probrou, including:

• Affiliate links
• Product names and pricing
• Product descriptions
• Product images
• Videos
• Product reviews
• Posts
• Comments
• Community content
• Store content
• Chat messages
• Other content voluntarily submitted by Users

Content may be visible to other Users depending on the feature and settings through which it is shared.

1.3 Store and Product Information

If you create or operate a Probrou Store, we may collect and process information that you provide in connection with your Store, including:

• Store name
• Store description
• Store Owner name
• Business or relevant personal information provided for the Store
• Store address or business location
• Contact information provided for the Store
• Product names
• Product descriptions
• Product images and videos
• Product prices
• Product availability
• Product variations
• Pickup information
• Delivery-related information provided by the Store Owner
• GST or other business information where provided or required for a particular Probrou feature
• Other information necessary to create and manage the Store

Store Owners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, current, and lawful. Probrou does not determine whether a Store Owner is required to register for GST, obtain a licence, or complete any other business or tax registration.

1.4 Customer and Store Communications

When Customers communicate with Store Owners through Probrou, we may collect and process information associated with those interactions, including:

• Chat messages
• Product-related questions
• Store-related communications
• Information voluntarily shared during conversations
• Communication timestamps
• Information necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the messaging feature

Customers and Store Owners should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information through chats. Probrou may process communications and related information to provide the communication service, maintain security, investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, and comply with applicable laws.

1.5 Technical and Usage Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device information
• IP address
• Browser information
• Operating system information
• App version
• Log information
• App usage data
• Interaction data within the platform
• Feature usage information
• Crash and diagnostic information
• Security-related information
• General technical information necessary to operate the platform

This information may be used to maintain platform performance, security, reliability, and functionality.

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and maintain User accounts
• To verify User eligibility and applicable age requirements
• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve Probrou
• To provide Store functionality
• To allow eligible Users to create and manage Stores
• To display Store and product information
• To allow Customers to discover Stores and products
• To enable the “Shop Now” feature
• To allow Customers to communicate with Store Owners
• To enable Users to upload, share, and interact with Content
• To display affiliate links, product information, reviews, and User-generated Content
• To provide community and messaging features
• To communicate with Users regarding account updates, security alerts, service changes, and platform notifications
• To monitor usage patterns and improve User experience
• To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, or illegal activities
• To moderate Content and platform activity
• To enforce our Terms of Service, Terms & Conditions, and other policies
• To protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Probrou, Vitledg, Users, and others
• To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our technical systems

If we collect age or date-of-birth information, it may be used to verify that Users meet applicable minimum age requirements and to maintain platform safety.

Probrou may allow eligible Users to create digital Stores where they can showcase products and provide information about their Store. Store information may be displayed to other Users as part of the Probrou platform.

The “Shop Now” feature may allow a Customer to:

• View product information;
• View Store information;
• Access additional product details;
• Start a conversation with a Store Owner;
• Ask about availability;
• Ask about price;
• Ask about product variations;
• Ask about delivery or pickup;
• Ask about location;
• Discuss other product-related matters directly with the Store Owner.

Selecting “Shop Now” does not by itself mean that a purchase or payment has been completed. Probrou primarily provides digital storefront, product discovery, and communication functionality. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Probrou does not act as the seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or transaction intermediary for direct transactions between Customers and Store Owners.

For direct transactions between a Customer and a Store Owner, Probrou does not require the Customer to provide their home address, delivery address, bank account details, UPI ID, card details, payment credentials, payment screenshots, payment receipts, or other payment proof to Probrou. Unless Probrou expressly introduces a feature that requires such information, Probrou does not ordinarily collect or require this information for direct Store Owner–Customer transactions.

A Customer may voluntarily provide information such as:

• Home address;
• Delivery address;
• Phone number;
• Payment screenshot;
• Payment receipt;
• Payment confirmation;
• Other information needed for a direct transaction.

Such information may be voluntarily shared directly with a Store Owner if the Customer chooses to do so for purposes such as delivery, pickup, payment confirmation, or other arrangements. When a Customer voluntarily shares such information directly with a Store Owner, the Store Owner may receive and use that information for their own business purposes, subject to applicable law.

Probrou does not require Customers to submit payment proof or delivery addresses to Probrou merely because they use the Shop Now feature or communicate with a Store Owner. Customers should share personal, address, or payment-related information only when they consider it necessary and appropriate.

If Probrou introduces a future feature that requires the collection or processing of payment, delivery, billing, address, or other transaction information, the applicable information and purpose will be disclosed to Users through the relevant feature, terms, or privacy notice.

Unlike Customer delivery information, Probrou may collect the Store Owner's Store address or business location when the Store Owner creates or manages a Store.

The Store Owner may provide information such as:

• Store address;
• Business location;
• Pickup location;
• Store contact information;
• Business description;
• Product information;
• Delivery-related information.

Depending on the Store feature and settings, some of this information may be displayed publicly or made available to Users who view the Store.

Probrou allows Users to share affiliate links to third-party websites. When you click an affiliate or other third-party link:

• You may leave the Probrou platform;
• The third-party website may collect information about you;
• The third party may use cookies or similar technologies;
• The third party may process your information according to its own privacy policy;
• The third party may have its own terms and conditions.

Probrou does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites. We are not responsible for how third-party websites collect, use, store, or process your information. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of third-party websites before interacting with them or making purchases.

We may share information in the following circumstances.

7.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate, maintain, secure, and improve Probrou. These providers may assist with:

• Cloud hosting;
• Data storage;
• Authentication;
• Security;
• Analytics;
• Technical infrastructure;
• Communication;
• Error monitoring;
• Other services necessary to operate the platform.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to applicable agreements and instructions.

Probrou provides communication functionality that may allow Users to communicate directly with one another. This may include communication between:

• Customers and Store Owners;
• Users sharing affiliate information;
• Community members;
• Other Users using Probrou's communication features.

If you voluntarily provide personal information to another User, that User may receive and use the information you provide. For example, a Customer may voluntarily provide a Store Owner with a delivery address or payment confirmation if the Customer chooses to complete a direct transaction with that Store Owner.

Probrou does not require Customers to provide such information to Probrou for direct Store transactions unless a specific Probrou feature expressly requires it. Users should exercise caution before sharing personal, financial, address, identity, or other sensitive information with another User.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect User information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. User data may be securely stored and processed using trusted cloud service providers, such as Firebase by Google, and other infrastructure providers that implement security measures appropriate to their services.

However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic security can guarantee absolute security. Therefore, while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that information will always remain completely secure. Users are also responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Providing our services;
• Maintaining User accounts;
• Operating Stores;
• Maintaining platform security;
• Preventing fraud and abuse;
• Resolving disputes;
• Enforcing agreements and policies;
• Complying with legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and applicable legal requirements. Certain information may need to be retained for longer periods where required by law or necessary for legitimate legal, security, or operational purposes.

Subject to applicable law, Users may have rights regarding their personal information, including the ability to request:

• Correction of inaccurate information;
• Deletion of personal information;

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us using the contact information provided below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. Some information may not be immediately deleted where we are legally required or permitted to retain it.

Users are responsible for the information and Content they choose to upload, publish, send, or share through Probrou.

This includes responsibility for:

• Content they upload;
• Affiliate links they share;
• Product information they publish;
• Store information they provide;
• Information they provide to other Users;
• Ensuring they have appropriate rights or permissions to upload Content;
• Avoiding unnecessary sharing of sensitive personal information.

Store Owners are responsible for ensuring that information they publish about their Store and products is accurate and lawful. Store Owners are also responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consumer protection, tax, licensing, and other legal requirements relating to information they independently collect or process outside Probrou.

Any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party Content remains the responsibility of the User who uploaded or shared that Content.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, authentication information, and other security credentials. Users must not knowingly share login credentials with unauthorized persons.

Probrou will not be responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from a User's failure to properly protect their account credentials, device, or authentication information, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Probrou is not intended for Users under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum legal age in the User's jurisdiction where a higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child where such collection is not permitted, we may take reasonable steps to delete or remove the information.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Probrou improperly, please contact us.

Users may request deletion of their Probrou account by contacting us. Upon account deletion:

• Personal information may be deleted or anonymized;
• Profile information may be removed;
• Store information associated with the account may be removed or disabled;
• Certain Content may be removed or anonymized where appropriate;
• Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

Deletion of a User account does not necessarily require Probrou to delete information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Information that has already been voluntarily shared with another User or third party may not be recoverable or removable from that third party's systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the Effective Date displayed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

For material changes, we may provide notice through the Probrou application, website, email, notification, or another appropriate method where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Probrou after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
